Ibom Power Company (IPC) is one of the first independent power plants in Nigeria. IPC was incorporated on the 15th of January, 2001 by Akwa Ibom Investment and Industrial Promotion Council (AKIIPOC) under the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
